Vietnam Infrastructure Limited

Changes to significant shareholder

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from HSBC Bank Plc that it holds 12,607,500 shares, equivalent to a 3.14 percent stake in the Company as at 14 June 2012.
