Vietnam Infrastructure Limited

Changes to significant shareholders

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from Armor Advisors LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 13,615,000 shares, equivalent to a 3.39 percent stake in the Company, as at 22 June 2012.
